  The first thing to do is to show up! Come in for a free workout but you HAVE TO make an appointment! |

  We want you to actually experience a CrossFit workout at our facility with our community before |
|
  you make your decision! |

  We require everyone to complete a BEGINNERS PROGRAM which is now a 7 session course. |
  The fee for this course is $150. You will learn all the movements necessary to join the group classes. |
  The schedule for the skills sessions is on the "Schedule and Pricing Page." If you have already |
  completed a Beginners Course, On-ramp program or Basic Movements Course, you will be required |
  to complete a "TEST" workout, and demonstrate the 9 basic movements with confidence to by-pass the |
  Course. Once you complete the course, you have the option of signing up for one-on-one training or |
  joining the group classes. Our pricing options can also be found on the "Schedule and Pricing Page." |
