  The first thing to do is to show up! Come in for a free workout but you HAVE TO make an appointment!
  We want you to actually experience a CrossFit workout at our facility with our community before
  you make your decision!
 
  We require everyone to complete a BEGINNERS PROGRAM which is now a 7 session course.
  The fee for this course is $150. You will learn all the movements necessary to join the group classes.
  The schedule for the skills sessions is on the "Schedule and Pricing Page." If you have already
  completed a Beginners Course, On-ramp program or Basic Movements Course, you will be required
  to complete a "TEST" workout, and demonstrate the 9 basic movements with confidence to by-pass the
  Course. Once you complete the course, you have the option of signing up for one-on-one training or
  joining the group classes. Our pricing options can also be found on the "Schedule and Pricing Page."
 
  The "TEST" workout to by-pass the course is the following:
 
          500m Row
          20 Air Squats
          20 Pull-ups
          20 KB Swings
          20 Box Jumps
          20 Sit-ups
          20 Wall-balls
          400m Run
 
          *NOTE: If you need to scale any exercise, you must
          indicate how you will scale it.
