Paleo Recipes:

Breakfast:
Leftover steak from the night before and egg whites. I add salsa all over mine!

Easy Lunch:
Lettuce of some sort, chicken, green apples, walnuts, almond slivers, flax seeds, crasisins and a
rasberry infused oil as dressing. To make the oil you can just buy fresh or frozen berries and add olive oil.
Mush the berries up and let it sit. Then voila :)

Dinner:
Crock pots are amazing. In the morning put trimmed chicken breasts (or lean pork if you want carnitas)
with fresh green salsa ( i buy mild green chunky salsa out of the jar), cut onions and cilantro.
Depending on how hot you like it you can add peppers too. Let it cook on low while you're at work.
When you get home you have food waiting. It's awesome.

Cinnamon Apples:
Preheat oven to 350. Slice apple into thin slices. Coat them with small amount of grapeseed oil in a bowl
and then lay out on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and almond flour (or crush your own
almonds with Magic Bullet). Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are dehydrated and crisp.

Garlic and Herb Brussel Sprouts:
1 pound Brussel Sprouts
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
Season to your own taste (garlic slat, season salt)

Soak sprouts in water for 10 minutes prior to prepping to wash/clean. Cut off ends and cut in half.
Bring chicken broth to boil in large skillet and add sprouts. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Discard liquid and then add oil, garlic, and seasoning. Stir and sauté for 3-5 minutes.
