  ** "Open Gym" is as follows:
  Show up at 7PM, Warm up as a class, with an instructor, then you will pick from the following list -
    1. The WOD
    2. Olympic Lifting Program
    3. Strength Program
    4. Work on Skills
 
  Skills Class:
 
  $150 Fee: This fee is a one time payment that allows you to complete at least
  7 classes + 2 Olympic lifting classes. The skills classes are recurring so you
  have 2 chances a month to complete each class. If at the end of the month you
  have not completed all of the classes, you have the option of either paying for
  another month of skills classes (depending on how many you have left), or
  paying for one-on-ones. If you have only 1 class left, we can set up a time to
  complete that free of charge.
